1. Eligibility

You qualify for a complimentary one night’s accommodation at Quest on Kilmore if:

• You are undergoing a laser eye procedure at our clinic.
• You reside at least one hour’s drive from Christchurch.
• You declare your residence location as part of the booking process.

2. Accommodation Details

• The clinic will arrange your accommodation at Quest On Kilmore, located a 2-minute walk from our clinic.
• Accommodation is limited to one night on the date of your procedure.
• The benefit covers standard room accommodation only.

One companion or caregiver may also receive complimentary accommodation if accompanying you.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• If your procedure is cancelled by you, your night’s accommodation is forfeited and cannot be claimed.
• If your procedure is rescheduled to a different date, you may rebook your accommodation for the new procedure date.
• If you cancel your procedure but later rebook it, you will be eligible for the complimentary night’s accommodation again.

4. General

• This benefit applies to all laser eye procedures offered by our clinic.
• The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw this benefit with reasonable notice.
• Accommodation is provided at Quest On Kilmore, a modern and high quality venue. Guests are responsible for raising any issues related to the accommodation directly with the hotel during their stay.
